This role is crucial in promoting and selling our innovative roofing solutions to potential clients by following RTU’s established sales strategies and procedures.   • Sales Strategy Implementation: Utilize RTU’s sales strategies to effectively promote and sell roofing solutions to potential clients, adhering to company standards, protocols, and procedures.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of roofing solutions.
  • Sales and Insurance Processing: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to finalizing the sale, including handling insurance claims, follow-up, and ongoing customer support.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that arise to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and contribute recommendations for new roofing solutions and services.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure successful execution of projects.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices.


  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably within the roofing or construction industry.
  • Sales Skills: Strong capabilities in cold calling, appointment setting, handling objections, closing deals, and developing client relationships.
  • Communication: Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver superior customer service.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledgeable about roofing materials, installation techniques, and regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite and sales software; Acculynx training is a plus.
  • Independence: Ability to work effectively and produce results independently.
  • Compensation Drive: Strong motivation to earn six-figure commissions.
