Jacob did an excellent job communicating and the roofing work itself was done quickly and with great attention to detail. The whole experience felt honest and personal, not just transactional. What impacted me most, though, was the heart behind this company. In the midst of a challenging season for our family, there was a misunderstanding on my part regarding payment and scheduling. Instead of responding with frustration, Josh responded with incredible kindness, prayed about it, and chose to bless our family in a way we will never forget! Their work is excellent, but even more than that, they lead with integrity, compassion, and generosity. It’s rare to find people who care this deeply about serving others well. Worked with them in February on replacing a roof that was losing granules and had a couple spots binding up showing signs it need replaced in the next year.  Were able to work with them on pricing to match comparable quotes.  Were quick to mobilize once I wrote a check. Install took less than a day, covered yard well (only have found one or two nails in the driveway by where the disposal trailer was)  Repaired/re-caulked a couple spots inside without even asking (one was a stray nail shoot into drywall ceiling and others were probably cosmetic prior from settling). Followed back up with any concerns, made sure malarkey warranty paperwork was completed and delivered.

Down to earth type of guy and very easy to communicate with. Their entire process was very easy to follow and the pricing was very upfront. They definitely give off a local company looking to provide for their community. Installation day was seamless, guys showed up and immediately got to work. Took about 6 hours and everything on the proposal was completed. They removed all of the debris from around the house and provided pictures of the improvements. They recently completed the repairs and I want to recommend them as a company that not only does excellent work, but also as a company of great people of integrity. When Joshua came over to give us an estimate on the job, he immediately inspired confidence and trust that he knew what he was doing, could get the job done, and that he would do what he said. When we didn't know where to start, he took care of lining up everything that needed to be done. This was such a huge help to us. Character and trustworthiness are important to me, and I found these qualities in everyone I met in this company. Why Katy’s Weather and Housing Stock Keep Roofing Contractors Busy

The Katy area covers a lot of ground. From the older neighborhoods tucked along FM 1463 in Fort Bend County to the newer master-planned communities like Elyson and Cross Creek Ranch pushing out toward Waller County, Roofing Technologies Unlimited runs jobs across a wide range of home ages, roof types, and conditions. That variety keeps things interesting, but it also means every estimate starts with understanding exactly what decade the house was built in and what it has already been through.

Hail is the issue that keeps roofing contractors busy out here. The flat terrain across Harris and Waller counties gives storm cells almost nothing to slow them down, and communities like Cane Island, Firethorne, and Seven Meadows can take a hard hit before most homeowners even know a storm is coming. Add in the humidity that settles over this part of the Houston metro from late spring through fall, and asphalt shingles tend to show wear sooner than homeowners expect.

Fort Bend County brings its own set of jobs. Pecan Grove and the Richmond corridor have a deep inventory of homes from the 1980s and early 1990s, and many of those roofs are approaching or past the typical lifespan for asphalt shingles. Further west along I-10, Brookshire and the surrounding Waller County communities are a mix of longer-established homes and recent construction, sometimes sitting a few blocks apart from each other.
